Katie Torpey is an author, screenwriter, director and advocate who has worked for numerous Hollywood Studios and Networks.  Her movie THE PERFECT MAN premiered in June 2005 staring Hilary Duff, Heather Locklear, and Chris Noth.  Katie wrote and directed the feature film TRUTH ABOUT KERRY staring Stana Katic (ABC's Castle), which won best screenplay at the 2010 LA FEMME Film Festival in Hollywood. It will be in theaters in 2011. Katie has also written a book titled JUST BREATHE, which is about her 130-pound weight loss and spiritual transformation.  It will be released in 2011.  Lastly, Katie is in the process of launching THE JUST BREATHE FOUNDATION, which is fighting the worldwide children’s epidemic of Poverty, Abuse and Neglect (P.A.N.). www.thejustbreathefoundation.com
